Withdrawal Policy

With ACG PUBLICATIONS, it takes seriously the following points regarding the withdrawal of articles.

Article Withdrawal

Article withdrawal can only be done before the evaluation process of the article is completed. Author withdrawal will only be accepted in the event of compelling or unavoidable circumstances arising from their institution or any dispute arising from co-authors. In this case, the editorial office accepts an officially signed letter from all authors explaining the reason for withdrawal. Otherwise, unless the technical evaluation is required by the author, the rules written in the Article Processing Charge (APC) section of the relevant journal are applied. ACG PUBLICATIONS reserves the right to withdraw the manuscript and suspend the evaluation process, especially if an article is submitted to more than one journal at the same time, plagiarism, use of data without the names of the authors, wrongful authorship, false authorship and other ethical violations are detected.

Retraction

Article withdrawal involves a post-publishing step. Any article is considered withdrawn if a legal dispute arises, any copyright situation arises, or any copyright infringement occurs. Retraction notification of invalid results that affect the reliability of a previously published article. The original article is marked as retracted but remains available to readers, and the retraction statement notifying readers of the invalidity of the published paper is bi-directionally linked to the original published paper.

Article Removal

It includes removing the article from the online database where it is subject to legal restrictions on the publisher, copyright holder or author, or if the article contains false information that poses a public health hazard.

Article Substitution

If the authors believe that the article is inaccurate and may pose a health risk, they can withdraw the article themselves, and the withdrawal procedure for this begins with a written application to info@acgpubs.org. However, the article is not changed, and the Erratum document is prepared and at the end of the relevant process (PAMS), Erratum is published with reference to the relevant article.

Addendum (Erratum)

Notification of additional information about a paper. Addenda are published when the editors decide that the addendum is crucial to the reader's understanding of a significant part of the published contribution. Addenda include Editorial Expression of Concern, which is an editorial statement alerting our readership to serious concerns with the published paper. Editorial Expressions of Concern are typically updated with another amendment once further information is available. The editors may request additional information after publication of the article from the authors and it can be available on the page of the article.
