Records of Natural Products
A scientific open access journal in the field of natural products.CALL for PAPERS for Special Review Article Issue
Dear Colleagues,
I am proud to announce the 2025 special issue of Records of Natural Products. We are starting to work on publishing one Special Issue Review article each year in Records of Natural Products. The title of the first Special Issue is “Lamiaceae Family: Phytochemistry, Pharmacology, Ethnopaharmacology, Ethnobotany, Food and Clinical Application”.
Authors can submit review articles on the ethnobotanical properties, ethnopharmacological uses, phytochemical studies and their use in public or current clinical practice of Lamiaceae family.
The pre-application for article submissions will be open until 1.12.2024, and they can send the subject of the review article, the abstract of the draft, and a novelty statement indicating its difference from other review articles in the literature to rnp@acgpubs.org via e-mail. Since a maximum of 15 review articles will be published in this issue, if the quota is full, the applications of authors who send information later will not be evaluated.
For manuscript writing rules, please visit https://acgpubs.org/journal/records-of-natural-products, read the Instruction for authors section carefully and prepare your work in the relevant template file (O. Article) that will be ready for printing. Authors are obliged to comply with all writing rules and are obliged to obtain copyright permissions from the relevant person or institution if they will use a previously published article, book and or electronic document. Articles will not be published if copyright permissions are not obtained.
Authors should submit their manuscripts as they submit their other articles by selecting Records of Natural Products journal via PAMS system, provided that they indicate this in the cover letter.
The English of the studies should be carefully checked by the authors, and if necessary, they should seek professional help. Similarity reports of the articles must definitely be uploaded to the system together with the article. More than 2% similarity from each article is definitely not accepted. Even if this value is smaller, if a figure or text is taken as is, it will still not be considered appropriate. Since the COPE guideline is applied seriously in the ACG PUBLICATIONS publishing principles, we kindly request that our authors pay attention to this.
We will be happy to see you, our valued colleagues, in the first of our Review article special issue series.
